We’ve over 700 employees and handle around 100,000 customer orders per month across kitchenware, lighting and furniture. If the item was delivered by Parcel Courier (1-man service) - £25

In addition, certain items are made to order and these items do not fall under the guarantee. These items are identified as non-returnable on the product page.
